Headquarters is in Osaka. My main clients were some supermarkets & convenient store. Visiting those stores, I gained new clients by visiting Legal Affairs Bureau to survey
Land & house and then set limit of monthly sales for new clients.
Preparing all items of the shelves in the supermarket by my own original idea, all items of confectionery were delivered to new clients of supermarkets by me.

After gaining 20 new clients at Kasukabe Sales Office for 3 months, retired from the company.

Joined Roman Meal Japan Ltd. Headquarters is in Tokyo. Parent Company is Roman Meal Company in Tacoma, Washington, U.S.A.
December 1985
Roman Meal Company decided to close Roman Meal Japan Ltd. at the end of March,1986 because of business
Depression and I was fated to be fired at the end of March, 1986. Fortunately, The large Baking Company contracted with us in February, 1986. So, I could survive alone and continue to work at Roman Meal Japan Ltd.

Took charge of all Licensed bakery(Nichiryo Baking Co.,
Yamazaki Baking Co., Pasco{Shikishima Baking Co.},
Takaki Baking Co., Andersen, Ryoyu Baking Co., Okiko
Baking Co.). Set annual sales budget and sales promotion for Roman Meal Bread with each bakery’s manager who was in charge of Roman Meal Business.
Sent English weekly sales report to Roman Meal Company until February 10, 2005.
March, 1988
Visited Roman Meal Company & the plant(Fargo, North Dakota). After that, visited International Baking EXPO(Las Vegas 3 times, Berlin once, Paris once) and set each dinner between Japanese clients and Roman Meal Company’s Chairman, President, Vice President there.
Visited Czech Republic & Spain for the inspection of the bread markets.
Visited Korea with Chairman of RM Company twice.
September, 1996
Made the inspection training system of American bread market for some employees of each bakery, on condition that
Each bakery reached annual sales budget for Roman Meal
Bread. And visited U.S.A. with them.

Inaugurated Director & General Manager, Roman Meal Japan Ltd.
2002 & 2004
Proposed new package designs of Roman Meal Bread and 12
Grain Bread. Both were approved by the bakeries.
2004
Made Trade Mark of Roman Meal NO.1 Brand in the field of
Variety bread in Japan because annual sales of RM bread reached 5 billion yen on the market’s price.
February 1, 2005
12 Grain bread was launched by the bakery.
February 10, 2005
Owing to company’s circumstance after negotiating with the company, retired from the company.
July, 2006
Joined the Food Machinery Maker to sell new type of bread mixer to the retail bakeries.
In order to do it, gained how to produce the bread and served as bread instructor to show the advantage of new type of bread mixer at each baking EXPO, such as Bakery China in Shanghai through 2009-2011.
Put forward the new theory of producing dough at the bread academic meeting named “Japan grain scientific research society” in 2010.
April, 2012
Retired from the company as reached the age of 60.
April, 2013
Started using the vertical mixer for the test and totally utilized it 25 times until February, 2019.
March 2015
Started using the spiral mixer and totally utilized it 4 times.
April 2015
Used Wendle mixer and after all, utilized it once.
November, 2016
Inaugurated the President of Cooked Dough Company
